If you have experience organizing, we need you. As a veterinary Liaison, you would contact the veterinarians that we work with and make appointments. After securing some appointment, coordinate trappers to fill those appointments and get the paperwork they would need to submit to the vet clinic to bring their feral cats in for neutering. You may also be trying to find different vets that would work with the TNR program.
Also, you would follow up with the trapper assigned to that appointment to insure that they will be able to fill it and deliver the necessary paperwork you will need to keep track of the cats neutered, after the appointment is completed. For my own trapping, I always took a picture of the paperwork (certificate) to pass on to the Administrator. The vets need to get used to working directly with one person. That way, if any problems come up, they will have developed a relationship with you to resolve them.
